Micky "A revolutionary council of workers; a democratic voice". This is the quote on our sites, where the original meaning of Soviet comes from and nothing to with the regime of the Soviet Union. It sums up how we work. I think the type of person you are informs your politics and people who follow the band will know where we’re coming from.

The Soviets Speak Out

A talented Tyneside indie rock band whose first gig was in front of 2,000 people at Newcastle City Hall have released their latest single which contains a poignant message to the powers that be - especially against the current backdrop of spending reviews and defence cuts.
